Vitamins Have Calories?!

I just took a gander at this vitamin supplement from Shaklee called Vitalizer Men. I've been taking them without looking at the back of the box, until this morning... They're freaking 20 calories! It just strikes me as odd and I have a lot to learn about checking for calories.

    Yes, I realized that a few days ago so I've scanned the vitamins I take into my daily food log....
