Substituting Greek Yogurt for Buttermilk in Baking
Just saying:
Last night I made a pumpkin bread that asked for 1/4 cup of buttermilk. I wasn't going to buy a freaking QUART of buttermilk just to use 1/4 cup (why buttermilk only comes in quarts is beyond me). So I substituted the same amount of my trusty Fage 0%.
YUM!
Happy baking.
