This site is great. I was entering my meals and thought I would not be able to submit accurate data because I have a meal delivery service. What a surprise to see that many of my meal menus are in the database! Excellent...Excellent..Excellent!

I have come and gone with this site and I have to tell you everytime I use it..it sooooo helps me stay on track and lose the unwanted pounds and keeps me moving with the exercise too!
