Morning or Evening???

Hello,
Is it really better to exercise in the morning? Does it really matter if you workout before work or after? Burning calories is burning calories, right?
Every morning, I set my clock an hour earlier so I can get up and hit the treadmill before I have to get ready for work, and…. Almost every morning I hit snooze over and over. Then I just go to the gym after work.

I've seen no physical benefits to working out in the morning versus the evening or vice versa. I always pick what fits my schedule best. As long as you do it, that is all that matters. I do feel better when I get it done early, but only because I feel like I'm ahead of the schedule and actually accomplished something..lol. I am not an early riser, very grumpy and will hit the alarm snooze 10 times for 5 more minutes of sleep. Just for that reason, I always exercise in the afternoon or early evening.0

doesn't matter...just depends on when you have the most energy and will have a better workout.0
