Keeping up with my macros

So I'm a vegetarian that has been attempting and failing to go vegan for the past 2 years. This post isn't about judging my will power just telling you a little about myself. I started with a personal trainer and he gave me a nutrition guide line to get the most out of my training. I get 1,950 calories on my off days with 195 g carbs, 33 g fat, and 219 g protein. I have not even been able to come close to that protein level. Even with a protein shake I can't do it. I'm way over on my carbs every day too. I've given up on logging on a day that has way too many carbs.

Do I just need to survive off of black beans and quinoa? I have hormone problems so I try to avoid too much soy. I do eat nuts, but they have too much fat to get enough protein out of them.

Well you only have so many options. You can get you protein from dairy, beans, or protein shakes unless you want to stop being vegetarian. There is nothing wrong with dietary fat and you should probably increase it. Your protein is even high. As a guy I don't even get that much protein and I am 194lbs @ 12% body fat. I would suggest dropping protein and adding fats.
