I used to drink a lot of soda...I mean a lot...now I am eating all natural foods and I mean all natural, nothing with added sugars(except for bear naked cereal which has honey added) So I am checking my sugars on my food journal and notice I am over on my sugars by 58g or so on a daily basis. Do you think this okay since its all natural sugar. I eat a lot of fruit like oranges and strawberries. I would cut back on the amount of fruit I am eating but I need the sweetness in my diet because I get headaches if I don't have it. Is this part of my withdrawl process from the sodas I was drinking. Any advice would be awesome.:glasses:

    hi there,

i have the same problem. my sugars are probably even higher then you. and i dont eat any process food at all, except cereal, as you say, but i eat tonnsss of fruit,

i have no idea what that does to you, and would like to know, if natural sugar from fruits really all that bad for you ?

my point is, we've made a billion positive changes in your lifestyle that a little bad can't be that bad, take my word, a lot of people eat a lot worst then us ! and i have been loosing wieght steadily on this way of eating, so i must be doing something good.

so, even if our sugars are a little high, nobody is perfect :)

  • Some fruits have lost of natural sugar.....It doesn't mean bad...
But the secret , like everything else,is to don't abuse. You can have lots of fruit but know your
    limit......
