ouch my abs

Finally made it all the way through Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones yesterday. My abs are screaminggg today. It hurts to laugh!
Today's not a rest day, and I really want to be productive. I want to do some Ripped in 30 after my little guy goes to bed. Should I take it easy on my abs? Or just work through it? I don't want to damage the muscles and make them weaker.

    Take it easy. You should give those muscles a rest before you hurt yourself.

    Your body will tell you. Sometimes working out actually makes them feel better. I say go for it, give it your all and see where you get. You may take more breaks or really push and not notice it. Don't skimp and nail your workout.

    You won't damage your muscles by doing more. Usually after the first few minutes they start to get warmed up and a lot of the pain will go. You may notice that you gain a bit of weight though because your muscles will retain water to heal for a few days.
