Joined last week.

I've been serious about losing weight (again) starting Jan. 5th. I have gallbladder disease so I've been watching what I eat and it's good incentive to eat well. I'd like to lose 30lbs total by the beginning of summer, and I joined the site to help me get there. I look forward to getting a lot of good tools and advice here so I can finally maintain a weight I'm comfortable with.
