Of course. Just get back on whatever program you're on. (assuming it isn't the BBQ diet)0

Even if it was 25,000... Who cares... The first step to being healthier is not one made yesterday, or even this morning, its the next one from here.0

If you mean is it okay to go over one day and under the next? Generally, sure it should be fine and it might help offset some of what you ate yesterday. Some people cycle whole weeks so I'm sure it's not horribly bad, but obviosuly don't make a habit of doing it that way especially since todays NET calories will be way too low.Next time try not to overeat to begin with. No one is perfect thought so just keep moving forward.0

You wrote it down, it's a mess up but use it as motivation. Walking 40 minutes won't cover it but like I said it's not a reason to give up. Just to motivate you for next time, you would have to walk about 9 hours to burn 2500 calories0

That's fine. It's all a matter of averages at the end. I think it's generally better to work off the calories than it is to under-feed yourself. For example - don't try to compensate for a binge by fasting.0

If you're going to make this a lifestyle, understand that big meals are going to be apart of life. Just enjoy yourself and get back on the wagon with the next meal.0

Thank u all for the help.0

Stop thinking of carlories as just daily, I think its pretty much over a week in the grand scheme of things. So if you are 2500 a day then thats 17500 a week. Just don't go over that and you'll lose.0

Sure, if you had said only 400 or so today, then no, but a slightly bigger deficit for one day is fine. Then just stay on track the rest of the week.0

Lol I bet true TDEE was 2700....0
