never will i eat them again. just to inform you, the Omega 3 on the eggs are actually a bad thing. i used to eat 20 eggs a day from a cheaper brand for 5 months, was able to go to the bath room normal and no heart burn. My organic friend suggest egglands best because it is "healthier" tried it for a month, and i got to say 18 eggs of egglands best a day, the Omega 3 will Fuk you up!

I eat Egglands.....hasn't fuk-ed me up.
But, then, I only eat 6 eggs a week at most. I don't know if my body could take 18 of any brand of eggs a day.0 -
Yeah, probably not a good idea to keep chickens caged up and feed them all that flax...
...but still, it sounds like you're eating an excessive amount of eggs (and this is from a guy who often eats 40+ eggs per week).0 -
If you can find free range farm fresh (like from someones coop- not mass produced) that is the best way to go. It is like a whole different food than store bought eggs.0
-
i used to eat 6 day from egg lands best, then i was buying 180 egg carton and ate that for close to 6 months, 1 month back tried egg lands best, 18 a day, and wow, the omega 3+canola oil they feed the chickes mess you up. I read on omega 3, and it said if you OD on it, you will be in the batrh room for a while. and yup i know that feel0

20 eggs a day?????0

apart from AWSOME, it is so easy to make and so many ways to make it. fried, sunny side up, scramble, goes well with Bacon, add cheese, Bacon,
oh, and it doesnt spike blood sugar, so no crash.0 -

But 20? And isn't it more healthy to eat other stuff too, than just eggs? I mean, if you eat 20, it doesn't leave room for much other food.0 -

To each his own, I guess, but 18 eggs in one day sure seems excessive. Blech. I am not a big meat eater, so I eat a lot of eggs (and yes, egglands best) in order to meet my protein requirements. I am already sick of them, but they don't make me sick. I can't imagine 3 eggs a day much less 18! Do you eat anything else? Veggies, fruit, whole grains? Maybe that would help balance things out a little.......not criticizing, just asking.0
-
Eh. I just buy the cheap ones and they do me well. There's a coupon for them in the paper every week too and the cheap ones are STILL cheaper. I eat only a dozen a week, but I love eggs. They're so versatile.0
-
I love them. I love them so much! Never had an issue. Actually quite the opposite for me. I usually don't digest eggs well (indigestion like a mutha) but EBs I never have any issue.
To each their own.0 -
Hey, wait a second!
Obvious troll *IS* obvious.
How did I miss this earlier?
*facepalm*0 -
I have heard of a new study about omega 3, and how it isn't any good if you aren't getting enough omega 6... I don't really know the specifics of it.
You may want to look it up, as that might be the problem. Then again, sometimes these studies can be BS...0 -

yeah i do eat, post above i stated what else i eat,
eggs are just easy to make and complete protein. lost weight so fast with 20 eggs, im just trying to awear people that if you eat too much egglands best, you will feel bad, too much omega 3 has side effects that are not pleasent0 -
Don't blame Eggland Best or Omega oil for your problems, you are eating too much of it and that is what is affecting your guts.0

i think it could be that, each egg as alot of omega 3, not really good in high doses, wont be buying them again thats for sure0 -

read posts above, ive been eating 20 eggs a day for 6 months, and desided to eat egglands best for 1 month. Omega 3 has been shown to give you a bad time if you eat alot, livestrong.com said that. i used to eat 6 eggs aday 4 years ago from egglands best, and 6 was ok. but 18 every day with that amount of omega3, not good

So they suck because when eaten in excess they give you the squirts? Sorry but that's a sucks to be you kind of thing. Change back to cheaper eggs I guess. It doen't make them crap, they just make YOU crap!
And in before you say read your other posts, I did TWICE to make sure I wasn't imagining it.
I cant live without my eggs every day, and I can see eating 20 eggs a day easy.
Misleading thread is misleading0 -
I stopped buying them when I actually read the package and saw they force them to eat a vegetarian diet. It's crazy that we've got to this point -- it's like no one has any common sense any more.0

and your eating 20yolks as well? go get your cholesterol levels checked!!!!
Dietary cholesterol has almost nothing to do with blood cholesterol in normal healthy adults. Blood cholesterol is produced by the liver, and the liver tends to produce more cholesterol in response to saturated fat than ingested cholesterol.
