Lift heavy or aerobic exercise?

Hey guys what's the best/fastest method to deplete all glycogen (carbs) from the liver is it lifting heavy or high intensity aerobics?
I've been doing Chalean Extreme and completed the Push phase and between phases I take a 2 week break to concentrate on cardio usually Turbo Fire. I've had a tough time trying to get back into ketosis after a naughty weekend so which would get me there quicker? If it is lifting I'll incorporate it back in early along with Turbo Fire.
Thanks!

Lift 3-4x per week.
High intensity cardio 3-4x per week.
Obviously you can do both of the same day.0
