I am starting a round of Shaun T's Asylum this upcoming monday. It would be awesome to have more people doing it at the same time to keep motivation up. If your relatively fit and want to get even MORE fit, your welcome to join me :)

    Have you done Insanity before Asylum?? I just picked up Asylum after Hip hop abs

    P.S. It's tough as crazy :sick: So I usually need to pause in between to complete a routine. But once ur done u feel awesome!
