Foot Cramping...

So this may be a weird question but... I have been going back and forth between Jillian Michael's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and The Biggest Loser: Cardio Max Weight Loss and in the middle, the bottoms of my feet start cramping really bad. Is that normal? Is there something I could to stop it? Because it does not help.

    I seem to have this too I don't know what causes it though. I've been doing the BFBM DVD almost 5 weeks and they don't seem to happen as much, just during the 6th circuit. I'm hoping the longer I do the DVD the more they will go away.

    Most likely you're getting dehydrated.

    Drink a glass of water before you start, drink another glass of water during.
  • i have this too, and it's super freaking annoying. i find i get it most when she's got us doing something on one leg, and the foot thats supporting all the weight just KILLS after like 20 seconds.
    sorry, have no real solution. just know you're not alone!
