I worked out twice today and burned 2200 cals. It's it necessary to eat all of those today?

Wow! What did you do to burn that many calories? I would eat back at least 1/2 to keep your body healthy.0

I had a 7.5 mile run this morning and I got called in to sub for spin class this afternoon. I'm beat! Just not very hungry. My cals are set for 1600 (I'm 5'10", 167) I don't think I can eat that much!0

I bet that count is way off. The average joe is about 100 calories/mile. The more efficent runners burn less. Spin class is the same the # is way exaggerated. I wouldnt eat nearly that amount.0
