I worked out twice today and burned 2200 cals. It's it necessary to eat all of those today?

Wow! What did you do to burn that many calories? I would eat back at least 1/2 to keep your body healthy.0

What did you do that would burn that many calories? And yes that would be more than you would even eat so you definitely need to eat at least some0

I had a 7.5 mile run this morning and I got called in to sub for spin class this afternoon. I'm beat! Just not very hungry. My cals are set for 1600 (I'm 5'10", 167) I don't think I can eat that much!0

I bet that count is way off. The average joe is about 100 calories/mile. The more efficent runners burn less. Spin class is the same the # is way exaggerated. I wouldnt eat nearly that amount.0
