Legs

I have a question. When doing exercises with my legs I have issues with keeping my legs straight. I put my legs in the air and they won't straighten out. I was just wondering if anyone else has this problem and how I can solve this problem?!?!

    in my pilates class, "everyone" should straiten their legs for certain exercises. i simply find myself unable to do so!:tongue::tongue:

    I'm unable to straighten my legs lol! But I don't stretch ever, so its not surprising!

    S T R E T C H!!!

    Try to stretch before and after workouts, you will find yourself much more limber.
