Look to re-motivate myself

After several days of being sick, and having taken a week off of active rest all of last week, I'm looking to find motivation again to workout next week. I want to get back up to being able to run 5.5 miles or more, but that may wait since I am uncertain of how weak and fragile I've become from this terrible cold that's almost gone by now.

Add me and we can motivate each other. :D And add each other everyone. :3 We're all family!

I'm due to recommit! I was doing amazing working out 6 days a week sticking to my calorie goals, then I got sick! It was bad enough that I took that week off (which was justified since I was sick) but that was 3 weeks ago and I've been in a total slump since then! Let's motivate each other to get back on track this weekend! I plan to go for a jog in the early a.m. Before my son wakes up AND squeeze in a strength workout sometime in the evening. And if it's not raining I plan on raking leaves... Before my slump I always tried to burn through 1000 calories per day on my days off do that's my goal for tomorrow! We can do this ;-)

Road blocks are hard to move past, I'm right there too. Somebody suggested C25K ( I had to google it... Couch to 5k run). I was like ok, so now I'm using the free phone app ( you can pay for the version that lets you play your music as the background). I just did week 6 day 3 not so bad. I am currently running at a 3.0 incline and 5.1 mph on the run portions and 3.5 on the walk portions.

Also, I need to set limits. I was doing so well when I had things planned to motivate me to stay on track. Like now, I will be doing family pics for Christmas cards during the Thanksgiving weekend. So, I would like to loose about 12 more pounds by then. It would have been more, but I also had a road block to confront.

Tae care and stay the corse.
