Hi everyone,

I have been using fitnesspal sporadically for a wee while now but I am officially taking the plunge now and going to give it 110%.

I will be tracking every morsel of food to pass my lips, weigh in weekly and update measurements monthly.

Since last year I have been making an effort to lose weight and during that time I gained 6 kilos - from just not taking it seriously. Now I am ready to put in the effort and reap the rewards!
