just back on the site after a while off - lst 17 lbs last time, 8 lbs so far this time. Nice tools for calrie counting but not great for strenghth training. Does anyone have a site to suggest for a weight lifting plan tool that I could dump into my Bb and then dump back into myfitnesspal after?:glasses:
