breaky food

wants to know what to eat for breaky coz its hard for me to eat befor about 10 in the moring

    I find I have to be awake for a couple of hours before I am hungry enough to eat. I usually eat something small, have a smoothie, or add vanilla protein powder to my coffee, if I need to eat before I get hungry..I work in a hospital on nights and I have to have something before I work as I never know when I will get a chance to eat after my shift starts. Smoothies are easy and portable. I drink it while I drive in to work, if I am really pressed for time the protein powder/coffee combo holds me for a bit then I'll grab a granola or protein bar when I have a chance. As winter arrives in TN, USA I will probably do the coffee/ protein powder drinks more as a cold smoothie doesn't suit when its cold outside.
  • If I remember right , just a glass of water or coffee with in a half hour of waking is enough to get your metabolism going. Then you can wait till 10 or so to eat.
    I like to have a protein shake ( EAS carb control - rich dark chocolate is my fav- tastes like choc pudding)

    Dr. Oz said one needs to eat 30-45 minutes upon waking. Man that was so hard for me to start doing it. I just did it. I used to love the Yogurt Parfaits at Starbucks so I started there making them at home. I eat pretty much the same thing for breakfast every day. Just makes things easy for me. I seldom do any cooking. It's either the yogurt parfait, oatmeal, whole grain cereal, breakfast smoothie.
