Veggie soup- YUM!

Here's a really simple recipe that is amazingly yummy!
Start with a pot of boiling reduced sodium broth. You can choose whether you want chicken, veggie, or beef. Any will work. I would use 4-5 cans.
sautee in pan 1/2 onion chopped (If you really like onion use 1 whole)
once onions are golden color add 3-4 cloves of garlic
add thyme (I usually use around 2 whole sprigs that has quite a few branches on it) you can add however much you want.
Once you smell the thyme add the ingredients in the pan to the pot
Add whatever veggies you would like to the pot and boil until all your veggies are cooked.
I like to add parmesan cheese on top!
