Hey just wanted you guys to know that following the simple calorie counting and excercise expectations that I set for myself on here that I have went from 151 to 148 in 1 week! Crazy! And previous week I went from 154-151.
The weight loss is slow steady and continous as long as I stick to it!

I haven't seen a number in the 140's in years!
I fit into jeans from my first year of university...

That's great !
a really good feeling!

It IS possible...and the time goes by really fast!

    Way to go... wish I could say my weight loss was that noticeable but, I'll take the few pounds I have lost ;0)
