Hello, I just noticed I've logged in for 25 days in a row so it's time for a first post!
I've been doing Bikram yoga + some weight training and running, and using MFP to track what I ingest, and it's been going well. I lost some weight but I wasn't really fat to start out with; I'm using it more as a health monitor and not focusing on weight too much. Learning which foods to avoid has changed a lot regarding energy and general well-being.
One thing that annoyed me with the app but I got used to, is that there's no Bikram yoga specific calorie entry. So I just enter "90 minutes of yoga" which is probably way below what I actually burn in a Bikram class. I still manage to stay under 2000 cals per day so I guess my deficit is higher than it says. But sometimes I wonder if I shouldn't eat a lot more food on some days… Nutrition science baffles me and also fascinates me!
