Slimming World - show me your meals

Hi Everyone!

I joined Slimming world on wednesday, and have just started trying to plan out all my meals.
For those of you that do slimming world what do you eat?

Anyone care to share a meal plan - im kinda struggling to get started (silly i know as its so easy)

  • Breafast: Big Bowl of oats with milk but no sugar.

    Snack: 1 fruit

    Lunch: Protein(eggs,skinless chicken,tuna, or chickpeas) + salad

    Snack: 1 fruit

    Supper: Protein(eggs,skinless chicken, tuna or chickpeas) + dark green vegetables

    Drink 2 litres of water a day
    No refined sugar in any form
    No refined carbs
