What do you think of this 6 week fitness regime?

Hi guys,

So as of three days ago I have decided to completely change how I exercise because I haven't been losing weight. My friend who is a personal trainer recommends weight training as well as cardio.

Do you think this is suitable to shed 1 kilogram a week?

6 x workouts a week for 6 weeks, with 1 day off.

Body Pump (weight training): 2 x week
Body Combat: 2 x week
Kick Boxing: 1 x week
Individual workout (mostly cardio): 1 x week

Ps. I hate weight training and cannot motivate myself to do it alone therefore doing classes.

Is 1 kilogram a week doable? Obviously I'll be eating healthy too.
