Well just 2 months into my new journey I'm beginning to see some changes......maybe only subtle, but by posting my progress pics so early on :embarassed: I know that I am this time committed to continue, as they will act as a reminder and motivation.

I know that progress will be quicker once I incorporate excercise.....again (it got a little forgotten after a good start, so I've no excuses  ) so I'm looking forward to my next set of pics. I'm hoping to reach my goal, or close to it by my 50th Birthday next March ( Iwant to look FAB at FIFTY  )

Well here goes..... hope I post the pics ok

This is after an 18lb loss Start weight -- 204lbs
Current -- 185.8lbs

I see it! Any change - even small, is still change. It should be embraced and celebrated :) Keep up the good work :)

You can totally see it. We have the same body type! I have been on for 2 months as well and am happy with slower progress.
I am easy on myself but definitely committed and want to lose all the weight by 10-18 months from now. Add me if you like. :)
