THANKS TO ALL RUNNERS WHO GAVE ME ADVICE!!!

About two months ago I asked for help to train for a 5K. I was told to run outside, push myself and when I felt like stopping to push myself some more, raise the incline if I'm running on a treadmill and many other great things. I tried everything - except tips from the Couth to 5K since I had been "running" (althought slowly) most of the year - and it all helped. When I started training at the end of August/early September my fastest 5K time was right around 53 minutes. I completed the 5K this morning in 41 minutes and 20 seconds! I exceeded my own expectations as I would have been happy to shave 5 or 6 minutes off my initial time. Instead I shaved about 12 minues off of my time... and this was a VERY hard course with lots of hills!
In any event, thank you to everyone who took the time to help me train for this 5K! I ran to save the Ta-Ta's and I think I did a darn good job! Next year I'm striving for 31 minutes! :-)
Be blessed everyone and thank you again!
