Sort of a success. Better than before anyway.

Hit a plateau, but it's partly my fault.

20 more lbs to my goal weight.

    I guess your right, no reason to be ashamed.

    I never use to be big until I quit stuff. (smoking, etc). So I guess you could say I took being small for granted. Once you get to see the other side, its a totally new perspective!
