Hi everyone! I just joined last week, and have been logging my diet and exercise daily. Definitely keeps me accountable and focused! Although I haven't lost an ounce, I have noticed a significant increase in energy! Feeling great, and excited for more!

  • Hi back at you! I also joined last week and am finding my newfound energy and excitement to be a wonderful thing! It's kind of funny but I'm also enjoying the logging of my food and exercise. :)

    Well great, keep it up! Give it some time for you body to get used to these changes and your weight will start to come off. Just don't get upset if it doesn't happen right away, life changes like these take time. Good luck!!
