Hi all,
Silly question maybe, but I'm entering my mashed potato recipe and I wondered ... Should I weigh the potatoes before or after boiling? In the past, I've always weighed potatoes AFTER cooking (microwave/oven baking), so - not too sure about this.
Any ideas?
