Ok so i tried these Nissin Top Ramen Instant Oat noodles and loved them! i am trying to eat clean you know low gi high fiber carbs,good fat,high in protein stuff so will these noodles count as one of the healthy foods just like oatmeal ??
here is what i gathered from the nutrition chart
Per 100g
Energy - 447kcal
Protein - 9.3g
Carbs - 63.9g
Sugar - 1.5 g
Fat - 17.2g
Dietary Fibre - 5.6g
Zero trans Fat
Zero Cholesterol
Ingredients : 91 % Wheat flour,Edible Vegetable Palm Oil,Oat flour 6.8% ,oat fibre,acidity regulators and anti oxidants,Soyabean

Well it looks healthy enough. But why are they oat noodles when they are 91 % wheat?
I personally don't want soy in there either...0 -
