I need help getting back on track!

I seriously need some encouragement. I've lost all motivation and let myself go.
My starting weight was 175. I lost 25 pounds and I've gained 20 back!
If you're motivating, please add me! I would really appreciate it! Thanks! :D

    It is hard to get back on track once your off. I had to give up all sugar & diet soda. I just craved more everytime I had them. I just think now when I want something....it will taste good while I'm eating it, but once I'm done I feel so bad about myself. It made me realize nothing I eat makes me feel as having the weight come off....I love being thin now!!

    I rolled my ankle a week ago which sidelined my cardio. Since I was in my super motivated mode, I decided to increase my strength training. After a couple of days, my lower back started bothering me. Talk about when it rains...Needless to say, I was discouraged, depressed, and lost my motivation and started binging. I've had three very bad days and I'm trying to snap out of it before I dig a hole that will take a while to climb out of.

    The ankle is better but not quite 100% yet, but I did work out today. I'd be glad to add you as a friend. We can keep each other going on this journey.
