Hello all,
I found this site through a friend's blog badge. I'm newly 40 and I need to really make a commitment to getting healthy. My wife has serious health problems and I've sort of become the primary caregiver to our two sons, 5 and 3. So, I need to lose some weight to be the healthy parent they need.
