    I'm from England, geographically in the North West. A little town that is slap bang in the middle of two of the biggest cities in the country; Liverpool and Manchester. lol.

    I just got back on shift... I got 13 12 hour shifts ont he trott... thats a killer. This is gonna be my biggest hurdle!! making sure I eat healthy on shift
