So I'm suppossed to eat 1590 calories each day, and today I didn't eat back 336 calories, which some of that was exercise calories. Is it okay to not eat those calories? I'm just not hungry, so I didn't know if I had to force the food down or if its okay to not eat them.

So long as you eat at least 1200 calories, which if my math is correct, you are.

Depending how much you are exercising, it is possible to go into starvation mode even if you eat 1200 cal. It's best to eat at least your daily target (no less than 1200) PLUS at least some of your exercise calories.0
