what category do i add the 30 day shred exercise to?

have no idea what to add this exercise to, was thinking of adding it to circuit training but don't know if its accurate enough

  • I had the same question, and when I looked it up people said to put it as circuit training.
    But if someone says any different I'd like to know too!

    i always log it as circuit training 27 min as i add the warm up and cool down as well.

    You can also create a custom category for it on the exercise tab and use that each day :)

    I agree, I always log it as circuit training general 27mins unless you have a HRM then you can create your own exercise based off of that equation enjoy its a tough but great workout
