Confused on how many calories I should eat?!?!

I feel like an idiot for asking this but I'm confused on if am I supposed to be eating more or not?!? I'm 200lbs and I'm trying to lose 2lbs a week which I only did my first week, I do need to fit in more exercise but otherwise I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong?!? I have been doing a good job logging my foods and though I've not been perfect I have been pretty consistent and doing well with drinking my water. My goal is 1250 calories a day. Today I ate 1265 calories, burned 610 calories so my net was 655. How many calories do I need to burn each day/week to lose the amount of weight I want?? Is there some kind of formula??? Any advice is always appreciated I need all the friends and support I can get!! Thanks

    You may be eating too little. Have MFP guide you through your goal set-up. I have found that if I let my net calories (eaten - burned through exercise) drop bellow about 1000 I stall out.
