need some motivation

I had been doing well for the past couple of weeks with fitting in workouts ( mostly cardio ) and eating around 1600 cals or lower when I couldnt workout but this past week I was horrible. I think it started for two reasons, My wednesday weigh in I hadnt lost any more weight ( down 4 lbs in 2 1/2 weeks! ) and I rolled my foot a little in some high heels last saturday and even though my foot was fine I was affraid the first couple of days to work out much on it....much turned into nothing since monday :( just looking for some words of encouragement and maybe some friends on here since most of mine have switched to weight watchers or just bailed out completely

    Hello,
    I know this may seem like "weightlifting stuff" but in my opinion this video motivates the hell out of me. And I think that you can apply most of the things he says to other things in life. If you can spare 20 minutes to watch it, I would suggest it.
