need some motivation

I had been doing well for the past couple of weeks with fitting in workouts ( mostly cardio ) and eating around 1600 cals or lower when I couldnt workout but this past week I was horrible. I think it started for two reasons, My wednesday weigh in I hadnt lost any more weight ( down 4 lbs in 2 1/2 weeks! ) and I rolled my foot a little in some high heels last saturday and even though my foot was fine I was affraid the first couple of days to work out much on it....much turned into nothing since monday
just looking for some words of encouragement and maybe some friends on here since most of mine have switched to weight watchers or just bailed out completely
