I need to gain 10 lbs but I want to do it healthy. I do not eat meat and most dairy and too heavy on the carbs doesn't make me feel great. I am already taking protein shakes and I eat some nuts but I don't really like them. I don't really have time\access to weights or a gym. My guide is set to 50%c, 25%p, 25%f, art 1350 cal/day. Is this a good ratio? I barely ever hit my fat and usually go over on protein. I set fiber to 25g and sugar to 35g (all from natural sources).

do you have it set to "gain"weight in the goals section ?
1350 seems like so little for a person looking to gain ..

and beans are good protein/fiber (esp black beans)

im confused, how can you gain weight at 1350cals/day? thats what people here eat to lose like 2lb a week!

Its actually 1620 to gain .5lb/week. I do not think I can eat that much without getting sick!! It'd be impossible for me. Its need like 4 protein shakes! (they've been my go to just to hit maintenance). 25% protein leads me to 105g protein! I feel like that is too much but any more carbs (205g) and I'll be permanently napping!
