Damn! That's many things right there you have!
Well, for me:
My iPod or my phone
My running shoes (I don't even know what brand they are, haha)
Comfortable closing - some sport socks, shorts/pants and t-shirt and/or sport sweater/jacket if it's winter.
That's pretty much it. I have a few running shoes and closing but I never even bothered to check the brand lol. I think most of them are either Puma or Nike... don't care actually. All I do care is that they look decent and feels comfortable. ^^0 -

Oh my. I think I mostly require my ASICS or my Mizuno (whichever running shoes I have for that three month period) and my running socks. For long runs I used to need vaseline, but now that I lost arm fat, I no longer do!
I sometimes need my MP3 to get me motivated to even start, but most runs I'm fine just with the trail/road I chose for that day.
And I always need a goal. If I don't set out to do 5 miles, it ain't ever happening. I'm not one of those people that says: let's see where the road takes me! That requires flexibility in time.0 -
