Do any of you have weekly weight loss goals?

Do any of you guys aim to lose a certain amount of weight per week or per fortnight?
Or do you weigh yourself sporadically?

I'd like to hear what some of you guys think is realistic? I'd obviously ideally like to lose 2 pounds (1 kilogram) each week or 10 days, but it's harder when you don't have as much to lose :(

Feeling a little disheartened, because I gained 7 kilograms back and now I am starting this weight loss journey again. Obviously I'm impatient to lose this weight too.
