Low calorie meal & snack ideas!

hey guys! i am about to start the third week of my diet! these past few weeks have gone great but i am starting to get bored with the meals and snacks i have been eating. if anyone has any recipes or ideas for healthy low calorie snacks and meals that would be awesome!

a little about my food choices:
I am not a fish or sea food eater...I can do tuna and shrimp and thats about it.
I eat meats like beef, chicken, turkey, & pork.
I like most veggies
I am watching my fat, sugar, soduim, & calorie intake, so recipes that take those into consideration would be nice.
Thanks guys!

I don't work off recipes much myself, usually just making something up with what I have on hand. A stir fry packed with vegetables and a little meat is always a safe goto for me though. Googles overflowing with tasty recipes, type in 'under 400 calorie recipes' (replace 400 with whatever number it is you're looking for) and you'll find 1000s of tasty ideas and recipes.

A good low cal snack is yogurt with fruit! almost everyday I go with:

    half green organic apple
serving of Fage greek yogurt (23g protein!!- 130 cals)
    raspberries/blueberries
dash of raw old fashion oats

its only around 200 cals, super bomb, and the slow digesting casein in yogurt keeps you full for hours!

Frittata is currently my go-to low cal meal. Just vegetables of your choice and egg, with a smidgen of cheese if you like. Even a HUGE portion is usually between 200 and 300 cal depending on what types of vegetables I choose. You can cut it down even more just using eggwhites.

One of my favourite low-cal breakfasts is probably something that most people would find boring, but I love it! Two original Ryvitas with a tablespoon of peanut butter. It keeps me full for ages, and is only around 165 calories. (I used Jiffy creamy peanut butter today, but the calories might vary depending on your PB).

Otherwise I agree with the frittata thing, they're really handy to have on standby! And stir-fry veggies, too, plus lots of luscious salads - you can get creative with them! I like adding pomegranate, walnuts, baby spinach, rocket, mint and other different flavours to my salads. Peaches, pomegranate, walnut and feta cheese is especially yum. ;)

I work similar to eylia in terms of making things: I tend to go with whatever's in my kitchen, putting together what will be good and then working out the calories on MFP.
