Adventures in treadmill running tonight...it'll be okay for days the weather is too hazardous to run outside but outside is definitely nicer. 1 mile warmup, 2.25 mile run, 1 mile cooldown.

Well it was my first go around and I only managed 40 miles for November. So starting over in December and I have 2 miles under my belt.0
