Welcome aboard...............you've accomplished step number 1 and 2 already. Step 3, add some friends. Step 4, log everything you eat and drink. Step 5, staying alive....you have to exercise as well. Step 6 there's not one day you can miss. Step 7 No more eating at 7-11 Step 8 You start feeling great! Step 9 Have a glass of wine Step 10 Repeat all again!0
