Nutrition when making recipes

I am struggling with nutrition facts when preparing large meals for the week. How do you know the nutrition facts per serving? All foods have individual nutrition labels on them but combining different indgredients together I'm lost as to what the nutrition facts will be per serving. Example if I made a crockpot recipe of foods I have on hand such as a soup, how do I calculate that down to individual serving sizes?

Enter them into the recipe sections and then decide how many servings the recipe should yield. Easy-peasy,0

I use the recipe feature, log all the ingredients as close to possible to the size, then divide it into the servings that I make. Tonight I
made a slow cooker recipe that had 5 chicken breast (I put it to 4 servings of 7 oz each, measured), 6 oz pack of portabella mushrooms, 1 onion. and lipton's onion soup mix. came out to 209 cals per serving. My sizes are larger than recommended but That's how I eat.0 -
Thanks for the great tips!0
