In my 40's and trying to get healthy

My name is Kimberlee and I have had multiple health issues in my life which has caused me to become physically disabled. I am trying to lose weight so I can get all those problems under control and have a long life. This is not easy for me. I have been obese all my life and am still obese after losing 103 lbs. I have reached a plateau for the last month and am not sure what to do to break it. Right now I can't work out due to having major abdominal surgery and am physically restricted for another 4 wks. I am not going to do anything till I have my one wk. follow-up with my doctor Wednesday. Then hopefully he will let me do something. Right now I am still in a lot of pain if I do too much in the way of cooking or cleaning and I just need to heal from the inside out. I had multiple abdominal hernias and I have an incision from my sternum to my belly button and an 8" x 6" mesh put in place to hold my repairs in place. Any advice would be greatful dealing with my plateau. Feel free to add me for support and motivation. Also, feel free to message me anytime.
