Earlier this year I got a bit of an awakening to how unhealthy and how much weight I had gained when I tried on my wedding dress and it was too small. That moment on I stopped the junk food and got exerciseing at least four times a week to make sure I dropped the weight.. On October 6th 2012 I got married and seeing the photos I have never been proud of myself for what I achieved, I lost a total of 15kg and gained clearer skin. So happy not to be a fat bride :) now that the stress of the wedding is over and I'm all refreshed for the honeymoon I'm ready to loose a further 5kg for summer so I can wear a bikini for the first time.

Any pointers for toning tummys?
