Week 1 of my new regime..

Well, a week back on tracking and I've lost 3.5lbs at my first weigh-in :happy: Then my son comes home from work with a "meal deal". I tracked my calories right down to the piece of Brownie from the packet that his dad bought home from a trip to France :ohwell: Slightly over, but back on it today - I've edited my categories in my food diary to break down my 1500 calorie allowance into meals throughout the day.
I *will* fit into that slim fitting dress for my brother's wedding next September! :smile:
