According to the Fat2Fit military body fat calculation I am at 33.3%, but I have just purchased some Salter Body Analysis scales which put me at 28.7%. Which one will be more accurate please?

Neither are particularly accurate. Average the 2 and use that as a baseline. Measure progress from there. But, you will not accurately know your BF% without an immersion test or a dexa scan.

Thank you, I just tried the Covert Bailey Body Fat Calculation on Fat2Fit and that puts me at 24.3%, it's so confusing!

This, with the emphasis on using whichever method you can choose as a baseline to measure progress. It really doesn't matter what the actual number is. The main thing is to show improvement versus that number. Don't fall into the trap of going "BF% shopping" and looking for the method that gives a number that you like. Pick a method and stick with it to track your progress.

    I like Covert Bailey myself

Thank you - I'm not looking for the 'best number', just the most accurate I can use without having to pay for a special test so that I can feed the BF% into other calculators, i.e. Katch-McArdle, Fat2Fit Goal Body Weight
