hi i am a 47 year old man from the u.k.
i had a starting weight of 324 pounds earlier this year and have managed to get down to 186 pounds. i am pleased with my process and am trying to get down to my goal weight of 168 pounds.
i am looking to share ideas and motivational, diet and fitness tips. any exchange of ideas and experiences can only be a good thing and help
