I have gotten to the point with the gym that our relationship is perfect. I have gotten to the point where if I didn't hit the gym this morning, I feel frustrated and mad at myself the rest of the day for not going. (no it doesn't effect my day in a negative way nor to I fuss over it allllll day I just get down and about that I didn't go.) SO that creates BEAUTIFUL motiation for the gym in the morning when my alarm goes off at 6am. I tell myself you know you will be mad if you don't go! And lets face it you can NEVER regret a work out and what bothers you more? Those extra pounds or that extra time in the gym?? Who's with me? :)

    **** yeah! \m/ \m/

I only go to the gym 3 days a week, and the other days I grumble about "stupid recovery days" and not lifting heavy things.

I always feel better when I go to the gym.. It has become a habit now, and if I don't go I feel bad. I do allow myself at least one "off" day! But on that day I still try to do some light activity so I won't feel bummed out!

That is a really good way to look at it. I am always really happy right when I finished a workout. Always glad I did it and proud of myself for sticking with it.
